The above toured New Zealand with the 1888 British rugby team, then remained and played for New Zealand on the 1893 tour of Australia. He returned to England in 1902 and died in Dewsbury on 8 October, 1923. I would really appreciate any info on where he is buried.

Fantastic news thanks, Sandra. I hope to visit his grave when I'm in England in October.

There is a plan of the Cemetery on Yorkshire Indexers - http://www.yorkshireindexers.info/gallery/showimage.php?i=1484&c=85.

Alternatively you could contact Kirklees Bereavement Services who should be able to tell you if there is a headstone - bereavement.services@kirklees.gov.uk

Hope you manage to find it.
